Their Head Brewer made a rather delicious vegan chocolate ginger cake and all the Electric Bears unanimously agreed that they wanted to not only have another slice but be able drink it as well. This beer is a liquid version of that cake. Packed full of crystallised ginger in the kettle and finished off with generous helpings of vanilla pods and cacao nibs, this beer is a well rounded belter. Delish.
