The brand is owned and run by the descendants of Pol Roger, located in the town of Épernay in the Champagne region of France. This Blanc de Blancs is made using only grapes grown in Granc Cru vineyards in the Cotes des Blancs, and has unergone traditional hand remuage (turning of the bottles).
Aged for seven years in bottle, on its lees, before release and is now on its ninth. No wonder it has so much depth and complexity. Creamy with ripe fruit, toasted hazelnut, superb length and complexity.
