The brand is owned and run by the descendants of Pol Roger, located in the town of Épernay in the Champagne region of France.
Made from equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, this Pol Roger NV is beautifully balanced with great depth of flavour, thanks to its slow maturation process. Classy and refreshing, this Champagne has initial aromas of pear and honeysuckle, with a lingering bread and brioche character. The palate continues to be at once fruity and complex, with lovely floral and spicy notes. Gorgeous. The perfect apritif!
