Taste is fruity with long bitter and a sweet resinous aftertaste.

Flavours of pine, grapefruit, apricot and orange.

Uiltje admit they got self-indulgent with Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo, Chinook and Citra hops but the ends justify the means.
